SRS7 prides itself on the quality and professionalism of its staff, as they are the window of their business, what they do, how they do it, when in or out of uniform, serves as a constant advertisement of our business.

Striving to ensure that the advertisement is of the best standard possible begins with the selection criteria. We select our people carefully with skilled employment interviewers and attempt to secure the services of the best possible operators. We check all references thoroughly and assess the training and experience the operative has undertaken or attained. All personnel are holders of a security guard license.

Personnel also have a responsibility to become known to local law enforcement officers and due to the quality of work they have conducted over a lengthy period of time, this has become a known and respected relationship, between our staff and police.

SRS7 have a large staff base, who are loyal, professional and well groomed. Many of these staff have been with the company since its inception. We do not use any sub contractors for guards unless expressly agreed with the respective client.
